It is located in Calle 30 Nte, between 5th Av and 10th Av.
Small Mexican style building of only 9 condos on a quiet street just steps from 5th Av and a block from Mamitas beach. The ground-floor condo has a reserved parking space, and a small pool which is just outside the door of condo C.
Condo Alba has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, newly renovated and decorated in clean modern colours with a spacious living area and separate dining room, and a private Jacuzzi and tropical gardens in the rear patio.

Bedroom has a queen size bed with side tables, minisplit AC and ceiling fan, large wardrobe and plenty of storage space. Sheets and pillows provided. The sparkling blue pool is right outside your window.
Kitchen has a large fridge and electric stove, microwave, fully equipped with expresso coffee maker, blender, juicer, toaster, electric jug and all saucepans, crockery and cutlery
Dining Room has round glass and iron table and 4 chairs.
Bathroom has a large shower and plenty of storage, towels provided.
Living room has 2 sofa beds in chocolate tactopiel, glass coffee table, 32” LCD HD TV, DVD player and DVDs, central AC and ceiling fan.
Rear Patio has a Jacuzzi and tropical garden, with comfy sunbeds for your relaxation.
Cablemas TV and highspeed WIFI internet is connected, any service interruptions are the responsibility of the provider.
Bodega beside the patio has a brand new automatic washing machine, and storage for equipment. A fishing rod and beach umbrella are provided for tenants’ use.
