Kitchen has granite bench tops, a large fridge and stove, microwave, plates, cutlery and saucepans.

Bathrooms have raindrop style shower heads, plenty of storage, towel rails and rings. Towels provided.

Living room has 3 seater sofa and loveseat in cream tactopiel, coffee table, 46” HD LCD TV, 4 seat timber dining suite, AC and ceiling fan.

Cablemas TV and internet (basic package) is connected and can be included in the rent, however any service interruptions are the responsibility of the provider and rent will not be refunded or reduced if the service has problems. Any additional packages above the basic will be at the tenant’s expense.

Gas is included in the rent, but electricity and water must be paid by the tenant.
